Dancing to their created rhythm, dancers garbed in colorful costumes are a sight to behold as they dance along the streets of Dumaguete City to the delight of the people watching the colorful parade which ends in the vast Negros Oriental State University Cultural Complex for the awaited final performances of the Hugyawan Festival.
