This was taken at Municipal Plaza, Siaton, Negros Oriental, when we had our campus tour for the Launching of the 1st Interactive Yearbook of the Negros Oriental State University system. We had just taken our lunch, and while waiting for the clock to hit 1:00pm I took this shot.
